These premium micrograin carbide end mills have a 10% cobalt content. Designed for high performance milling in; carbon steel, stainless steel, mold and die steel, titaniuum, and several alloys. The variable flute design reduces chatter and improves tool life.

The high shear flute is designed for rapid chip removal and has an ultra high polish to enable extremely high cutting rates and long tool life.
VariFlute end mills are available with a corner radius in three and five flute. They are also available in five flute, square end and three flute ball end.
Micro relief on cutting edge increases tool life.
Fully polished fluting improves chip movement.

Variable flute spacing and shear angle improves finish and tool life. All end mills are coated in Aluminum titanium nitride coating for maximum performance. This coating gives great lubricity wear resistance and heat resistance for dry machining abrasive and difficult to machine material. This is a great all purpose coating.
