These premium micrograin carbide end mills have a 10% cobalt content. Designed for high performance milling in aluminum, non-ferrous, copper alloys, brass, and bronze; the variable flute design reduces chatter and improves tool life.
Performance features are:

The high shear flute is designed for rapid chip removal and has an ultra high polish to enable extremely high cutting rates and long tool life.

VariFlute end mills are available with a corner radius of .007-.010: in two and three flute. They are also available in two flute, square end and ball end.

Micro relief on cutting edge increases tool life.

Fully polished fluting improves chip movement.

Variable flute spacing and shear angle improves finish and tool life.
For even greater performance try Zirconium nitride coating which is a pale gold hard thin high-lubricity coating that is well suited for non-ferrous metals.
