Morse solid carbide end mills offer high cutting speeds, rigidity, excellent hardness, wear resistance, and heat resistance. This gives great tool life. Available in two flute for high feed rates or four flute for higher core strength. Stub length end mills offer greater rigidity and less tool deflection than standard length tools. They are available uncoated or TIALN coated.

Titanium aluminum nitride - For dry machining TiALN cutters are the best choice. This is because the tool forms a hard aluminum oxide layer and deflects the heat back into the chip. This allows for higher feeds and speed in thermal stress applications. Use TiALN cutters for high strength steels, hard die steels, and high temperature alloys.
